Size & Fit
not sure which size to go for?
here are some of our thoughts:
- a little tight is better than a little loose. tight will keep you sturdy on the reformer or mat, loose will have the socks sliding off while you're working out (which is frustrating at best and dangerous at worst).
- wider feet might be more comfortable in larger sizes (but keep in mind the previous bullet point!)
but no need to stress!
