Shipping policy

We ship your products within 2 business days of your order being placed.

We utilize USPS for all of our orders.

Orders typically take 2-8 business days to deliver depending on where you're located. Orders closer to Los Angeles, California will deliver faster.  

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Economy shipping starts at $4.90 and Express shipping starts at $6.90. 

Order Processing:

In most instances, orders submitted before 8am PST will be dispatched on the same day. For orders placed after 8am, they will typically be shipped the following day, except when ordered on a Friday, in which case your order will be shipped the following Monday. If you happen to place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow for additional processing time. It’s important to note that this estimate does not include the actual shipping duration, which will be specified when you select your shipping option during checkout. We are committed to expediting order fulfillment to the best of our abilities. Please be aware that our shipping schedule may experience slight delays during exceptionally busy periods, such as sales events and the holiday season.

Shipping Methods:

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier for all packages.

Please be aware that they are processed and shipped on USPS business days, which include Monday through Saturday. It’s important to note that all our shipping methods operate exclusively on business days, which are Monday through Friday.

Delivery Times:

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details. Orders eligible for our complimentary shipping offer will be dispatched via USPS. Typically, you can expect delivery within 2 to 8 business days from the date of order processing. It’s important to keep in mind that USPS delivery times are not guaranteed.

Due to the high volume of packages handled by USPS, please be patient as tracking information may not be updated for several days. Updates may only occur once your package reaches your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS generally provides reliable and prompt service, occasional errors and delays may arise. Any issues resulting from or caused by USPS are not the responsibility of trippi grippi and should be addressed by contacting USPS using the information provided below:

Once an order has been shipped, we relinquish control over the delivery timeline. Multiple factors can influence shipping times, including weather conditions, postal courier errors, and other variables. Rest assured that we will dispatch your order in accordance with the timelines specified above.

Shipping Rates:

All alternative shipping methods and associated rates will be displayed during the checkout process when you place your order. If you encounter the message “No shipping rates available for your area,” it signifies that we are presently unable to deliver to the address or location you’ve specified.

Back Orders:

In the rare event that a product from your order becomes unavailable, we will make an effort to reach out to you to discuss a suitable replacement item. Alternatively, if deemed appropriate, we may choose to remove the unavailable item from your order and process a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment.

Damaged or Missing Products:

If you receive your order and encounter any issues such as product damage, incorrect product, or similar concerns, please follow the instructions on our Refund Policy page. 

Missing, Lost or Stolen Packages:

At this time, all orders are being shipped through USPS. Please follow your tracking number for order updates. trippi grippi is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen orders.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

We are not responsible for orders shipped with the incorrect address provided by customers. When placing an order, please make sure you have put the correct shipping address. Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping address and it will be shipped to whatever address you put on your order.
